Ethiopia: Konga Natural

Sourced from our longtime partners at the Sede Washing Station in Konga, just south of Yirgacheffe town, this natural-processed lot captures everything we love about the region. Expect vibrant citrus layered with peach and apricot, deepening into notes of dried cherry and cranberry, all lifted by a bright, lemonade-like acidity.

Grown on tiny family plots and delivered as ripe cherry to the washing station, these coffees are carefully sorted and dried on raised beds. While individual farmers’ lots are blended at the station, we proudly return year after year to Konga for its unmistakable character and consistently expressive cup.
